  • Who can take this class?
    Anyone and everyone! The class is designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new or experienced. It’s beginner-friendly, with simple, easy-to-follow moves, but also high-intensity so you’ll get a great workout.

    Is this class beginner-friendly?
    Yes! Even though it’s high intensity, the movements are easy to understand and we provide modifications so everyone can participate at their own pace.

    How long is each class?
    Each session runs for 50 minutes.

    When can I register for class?
    You can book a session up to one week in advance, as all sessions become available the week prior.

  • Do you teach on weekends?
    Yes, weekend sessions are available. Reference our schedule via our home page!

    What happens if I miss a class?
    If you can’t make it, you may join a makeup session as long as you notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled class.

  • Do I need to bring my own materials?
    Yes, please bring your yoga mat and a resistance band. Don’t worry if you forget or don’t have them—extras are available for use.

    Do you offer private lessons?
    Yes! We offer both private one-on-one and group sessions. To express interest, check out our ‘Private Sessions’ section.
