    ANYONE AND EVERYONE! THE CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS—WHETHER YOU'RE BRAND NEW OR EXPERIENCED. IT'S BEGINNER-FRIENDLY WITH SIMPLE, EASY-TO-FOLLOW MOVES, BUT ALSO HIGH-INTENSITY SO YOU'LL GET A GREAT WORKOUT.

    IS THIS CLASS BEGINNER-FRIENDLY?

    YES! EVEN THOUGH IT'S HIGH INTENSITY, THE MOVEMENTS ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND MODIFICATIONS ARE PROVIDED SO EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN PACE.

    HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS?

    EACH SESSION RUNS FOR 50 MINUTES

    DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MATERIALS?

    YES, PLEASE BRING YOUR YOGA MAT AND A RESISTANCE BAND. DON'T WORRY IF YOU FORGET OR DON'T HAVE THEM—EXTRAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE.

    YOU CAN BOOK A SESSION UP TO ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE—ALL SESSIONS BECOME AVAILABLE THE WEEK PRIOR. BOOKINGS CLOSE ONCE CAPACITY IS REACHED.

    HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

    ALL SESSIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE CLASS. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS CASH PAYMENTS, WHICH ARE ACCEPTED ONSITE ONLY.

    CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME.

    LATE CANCELLATIONS
